Our History
Formcond LLC was one of the first companies to begin operations in the construction sector following the restoration of the Republic of Azerbaijan’s independence in 1998. In 2003, it was renamed “Concord-AEM.” Since 2004, the company has partnered with “Texnosa” to handle the sales and installation of air conditioning systems under the “Mitsubishi Heavy Industries” brand.
Formcond LLC is the exclusive official distributor of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in Azerbaijan.

Formcond LLC, established after the Republic of Azerbaijan gained its independence, began its operations in the construction sector in 1998. In 2003, the company rebranded as "Concord-AEM." From 2004, Formcond LLC partnered with "Texnosa" to offer sales and installation of "Mitsubishi Heavy Industries" branded air conditioning systems.
In 2014, Formcond LLC was re-registered and obtained the patent for the "AEM Group" name, continuing to implement large-scale projects both in Azerbaijan and abroad. Since 2014, the company has strengthened its collaboration with "Form Turkey" and "Mitsubishi Heavy Industries," focusing primarily on air conditioning systems.
Formcond LLC has also been the official representative for brands like Hafele, Untes, Masdaf, and others, providing sales, installation, project design, consulting, and service solutions. Since 2017, Formcond has partnered with one of Turkey’s most trusted brands, "ASM," handling water supply and sewage projects in seven regions of Azerbaijan and 20 special-purpose facilities.
